I'm not a tea drinker but I do like this tea! I was hesitant to try it but now I drink it every day with a little honey. It has helped my breathing more than anything and it helped me get up so much mucus! My breathing improved by 12 points when I went back to the doctor after drinking this tea daily.

I received a bag because I posted about having hot flashes, since having a hysterectomy. Let me tell you, this leveled out my hormones. Eased the hot flashes. Helped me sleep, and relax. Not to mention, was just soothing to enjoy. I highly recommend this for any and Every woman
