Recommended serving: 1 tablespoon of herbs per 8 ounces of hot water. Steep for at least 10 minutes and remove herbs from water before consuming.

Blend Breakdown:

-Damiana leaf is a mild aphrodisiac associated with sensual warmth and emotional openness.
