Up & At'em tea is a daily nutritive blend and may be used as a natural alternative to coffee. Packed with health benefits, this blend is made up of Dandelion Root, Orange Peel, Green Tea, and Nettle. Each package contains approximately 1 cup of herbs and the bag is resealable to ensure freshness.

Recommended serving: 1 tablespoon of herbs per 8 ounces of water. Steep for 10 minutes and remove herbs from water before consuming.
